My stay was far from what I expected. The hotel has potential, with some nice amenities like pools and a pleasant dining room, but the rooms clearly need attention and the service was lacking in several areas. While I appreciated the friendly staff I met, it didn't make up for a generally frustrating experience, especially with the outdated facilities and the lack of proper cleaning.

I recently visited this hotel for a mini vacation with my grandson, and we had a great time overall. The staff, especially Richard at the front desk, really made our experience enjoyable. We got upgraded to a larger room, but the restaurant pricing was a bit on the high side. The hotel is in a quiet area, which was relaxing, but it's not near an amusement park as some might think.
